witch doctor cool down issue

OK, so Devilson has been working on the editor for a long time and has made his own version of it and its WAY better than the old one ever was. I have been using it and it works just as well as the old editor and yet has a ton of features to it CKY editor didn't have.

Check boxes to enable stuff like like all cosmetics and pets, as well as max crafting mats and so on.

First thanks so much for the video it helped a great deal.

I'm having an odd issue with a witchdoctor toon that my other half is using. What is happening is when they are playing they are getting cool downs on the skull throwing and their fire bats. Skull throwing is one of the X choices on PS4 and shouldn't have a cool down at all. I made sure to only set the cool down paragon to 750. In fact we were playing together on two modded toons and were getting errors crashing the game so I lowered all of the paragons on both toons to 750 which fixed the crashes but not the cool down issue. This is very frustrating for them. I on my wizard am not having any issues at all. Any ideas on how to fix this? thanks

Sorry for the late late reply, but no one is ever smart enough to post questions on these forums, so i never check them. Anyways, if you have CDR set on items as well, that needs to be taken off, you can lower the CDR on character paragon to 650 if items do have CDR on them and you want to keep it that way, all I ever put on my gear is dmg and dmg %, nothing else since the paragon on the main stats are maxed.
