Jewel of lightness

OK, so Devilson has been working on the editor for a long time and has made his own version of it and its WAY better than the old one ever was. I have been using it and it works just as well as the old editor and yet has a ton of features to it CKY editor didn't have.

Check boxes to enable stuff like like all cosmetics and pets, as well as max crafting mats and so on.

I've been looking for the item Jewel of lightness in Diablo 3 ROS SAVE EDI for days. I can't find it. Someone can show me where I can find it, best with a photo.

Due to the fact this website has stopped alerting me that people are asking questions for some reason, I don't ever check this site.
Anyways there is no Jewel of Lightness in Diablo 3, now if by

You mean the "Gem of Ease" which is a legendary gem which grants XP per kill, then it is listed as "gem of reduced level requirement", pretty self explanatory.
